"Hello, My name is Michael C. We had a problem with our garbage disposal and we used home warranty co. Around 10 minutes till 6pm on Monday evening, June 8th, the Plumber assigned to us arrived. His name was Danny. If I owned a people business I would always want to send somebody like him to the call. He was clean, polite, conversational (even though he was busy) and we really liked him. I got a new garbage disposal because he couldn't fix the antiquated one that had been in there for 11 years. We paid him our co-pay and he left but not before showing my husband how to use the key under the disposal to dislodge jams. My complaint is about my home warranty co.. They gave him the third degree as if he were trying to pull one over them and other wise detained him on the phone when he could have been finishing the job. We have paid for this warranty for quite a few years and I do believe this is only the second time we have called them. They don't answer their phones and there is no prompt that says "If you are a Plumber, you may push zero for an operator. We didn't pick All-Pro, they did. So if they picked you I would think they vetted you in advance and thus trust your representative to make the right decision. I wanted you to know this and the fact that your plumber didn't just lollygag here, he worked and then was on the phone with them trying to get an okay for the replacement. I do intend to send this message to them as well. Thank you for coming to our aid and I would most definitely call you again. And a big hello and thank you to Danny!"
